Aloha Nui is a primary care medical clinic and our mission is to provide the full spectrum of family medicine including: adult medicine & geriatric care, women's health and gynecology, adolescent medicine, preventative medicine and health education, as well as, HIV & AIDS care. Aloha Nui offers scheduled appointments and walk-in medical services to our clients with a competent, compassionate and friendly staff. .
Will I be cared for by a board certified physician?
Yes, Dr. Harmeling & Dr. Miller are both board certified with the American Board of Family Medicine (ABFM).
Is it difficult to get a same-day appointment?
We prefer that clients call to schedule an appointment but we understand that emergencies do occur. At times, our busy schedule will not allow same day appointments, but please do not hesitate to call to request a same day appointment to manage any of your acute medical issues, including common minor illnesses, wellness screenings/physical exams, and vaccinations.
Does Aloha Nui accept insurance?
Yes, most insurance are accepted, but non-insured clients are also encouraged to call to call for an appointment.
We offer 20% discounts for non-insured clients. Credit and debit cards are accepted.
Will my appointments and medical information be confidential?
Yes, Aloha Nui is a HIPAA compliant medical office that values and respects our client’s privacy.
Is Aloha Nui up to date on the latest in medical information technology?
Yes, electronic medical records are standard. No lost or misplaced charts ever!
